WearelookingforaBusinessDevelopmentAdministratortojoinourteam.OurBusiness Development team is the engine that grows the company by working with new and existing customerstoearnnewbusinessaspartofthecompany’sstrategicplanwhileactingasan internalagencyforthecompany’sbusinessunits. Aspartofthisteam,theBusiness DevelopmentAdministratorwilloverseeavarietyofBusinessDevelopmenttasksand operations including planning, organizing, and overseeing trade show events. The Business DevelopmentAdministratorwillwork closelywiththeentireBDteamandbusinessunits.
Responsibilities:
ResponsibleformanagingallTradeshows,bookingandlogistics,managingthe tradeshow calendar, tradeshow planning process, set up and tear down of booth and its equipment.
Develop an understanding of how to anticipate what graphics and/or materials are neededforfutureshows.
Capture results from trade show events, to help identify trends and insights, and driveopportunitiesforfuturecustomerengagement.
Develop an understanding of how to measure tradeshow effectiveness.
Learn how to utilize our current CRM and other tools to help our sales and service teams.Workwithourconsultanttoaddresssystemissues.
Responsible for ensuring the company stays on track for release of company marketing material,includingbrochures,datasheets,andsimilarcollateral
Responsible for maintaining a list of all BD capital equipment and demos for use in tradeshows, customer demos, and other internal/customer interactions. Identifying equipmentthatrequiresrepair,orupgradeispartofthistask
Manage, coordinate, process payments for outside marketing vendors and advertising

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field
2-5 years' experience preferred; however, we are open to entry-level candidates with a strong foundational skillset and a desire to learn
Acute attention to detail to produce accurate, high-qualitywork
Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues (e.g., product managers, salespeople, engineers), cross-functional teams, customers and third parties (e.g., partners and press)
High capacity to learn and adapt to new Business Development methods and ideas
Time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changing priorities and frequentinterruptions
Deliver products that are continually recognized as industry disruptors
Pay Range:
$68,640 - $90,000 However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
